It Started With a Friend
She was walking through something really hard and needed space. We wanted to honor that, but we also couldn't just do nothing. So we sent her a journal and asked a small circle of women to write and send her encouraging words over the coming weeks. No timeline. No pressure. Just words, waiting for her whenever she was ready.
That journal became her anchor. Something she returned to on hard days and quiet ones. Every time she needed to be reminded that she wasn't alone, it was there, full of the people who loved her, in their own handwriting, all in one place.
We couldn't stop thinking about that.
So we built something around it.
The Practice
What we created is simple and unlike anything else out there.
A caring friend writes a prayer or a meaningful message on a stationery sticker, something personal, supportive, or encouraging. They send it your way, by mail, by hand, or through someone collecting the stickers for you. Once you receive it, you stick it directly to a journal page where it stays. Not lost. Not forgotten. Right there, every time you open your journal.
Page by page, the journal fills up. Message by message, person by person. A growing collection of everyone who showed up for you in their own words, in their own handwriting, all in one place.
We offer a variety of kits, each designed for a different kind of moment and each including detailed step-by-step instructions, so getting started always feels natural and taken care of.
The Collections
We built two collections around this practice.
Prayers That Stick — Faith Collection. For those whose words are rooted in faith, a place to gather prayers and words of encouragement from the people walking alongside you.
Thoughts That Stick — Everyday Encouragement Collection. For every moment worth holding onto the celebrations, the milestones, the hard seasons, and the ordinary days that matter more than you knew.

What We Believe
We believe showing up matters. In the hard seasons and the joyful ones. In the milestones and the ordinary Tuesdays. And we've seen, again and again, that it's often the smallest words, the ones written quietly, without fanfare, that people carry with them the longest.
Everything we create is designed with that in mind. To help people connect more intentionally. To give meaningful words somewhere permanent to land. To make sure the things that matter most are never scattered, forgotten, or lost.
Because the right words, kept in the right place, can stay with someone forever.
The People Behind It
Uncomplicated Faith was co-founded by Tiffany Liebeck and Cynthia Crane, two women who believed that the words shared between people who love each other deserve somewhere lasting to live.
