At the heart of Uncomplicated Faith are two friends who believe encouragement can change everything. Co-Founders Cynthia Crane and Tiffany Liebeck share a passion for helping people connect through faith, creativity, and authentic community.

Together, they combine decades of experience in ministry, marketing, and storytelling to create meaningful content, workshops, and products that inspire real hope. Their shared goal is simple — to make encouragement easy to share and impossible to forget.

Cynthia Crane

Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer

Cynthia Crane is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Uncomplicated Faith, where her joy for teaching and her passion for people come together to make faith approachable, engaging, and real. Her heart is to bring Scripture to life in ways that connect with every generation — combining fun, creativity, and depth in equal measure.

Before founding Uncomplicated Faith, Cynthia spent more than 25 years in full-time ministry, speaking internationally at schools, camps, churches, and conferences. She has served with the International Network of Children’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry Magazine, and was a keynote speaker at the National KidMin Conference.

At Uncomplicated Faith, Cynthia continues to do what she loves most — helping people experience the truth of God’s Word through authentic connection, joy, and encouragement.

Co-Founder & CEO

Tiffany Liebeck is the Co-Founder and CEO of Uncomplicated Faith, where her passion for connection and creativity meets her heart for encouragement. Her goal is to create high-quality, meaningful content across every platform — delivering experiences that inspire authentic hope, faith, and action.

With years of experience in marketing and communications, Tiffany has led impactful campaigns spanning live events, product launches, and digital media initiatives. Her work is defined by thoughtful storytelling and measurable results, always with people — not platforms — at the center.
